Who we are
We are a licensed health tourism provider: Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Health International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate No. AK-0341 and Ministry of Culture and Tourism A-Group Travel Agency Licence No. 13562. Operations are performed by specialist plastic surgeons in selected, fully equipped private hospitals in Istanbul.
How our content is created
Our articles are prepared by the Milano Clinic editorial team on the basis of information provided by our medical team and our experience with international patients since 2017. We aim to explain procedures, preparation, recovery and possible risks in clear, neutral language.
Medical review
Before publication, the medical content of each article is checked by our team of plastic surgeons. At the top of every article you will find the note “Medically reviewed by the Milano Clinic medical team” together with the date of the last update. When an article is revised, this date changes.
Why articles are signed by the team
Our articles are reviewed by the medical team as a whole, so they are signed by the team rather than by one person. You can ask about the surgeon who will treat you during your free consultation.
Updates and corrections
We update our content when medical recommendations, techniques or our services change. If you notice an error or out-of-date information, please let us know through the contact options on this website – we will check it and correct it.
